Elena Kouvabina is a litigation associate in our Los Angeles office. She is a seasoned litigator with multifaceted experience in consumer protection, complex commercial, securities, trade secret and class-action litigation.
Elena’s experience includes a five-year tenure as a staff lawyer at the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Most recently, she served as a staff lawyer at the California Commission on Judicial Performance, where she focused on judicial ethics.
Elena is fluent in French and Russian.
