Elisabeth Fuller is an associate in the Labour and Employment team. Her practice is focused on providing practical, business-oriented legal advice on contentious and noncontentious employment matters to multinational and market-leading businesses across a range of sectors and industries, including retail, financial services and environment, infrastructure and energy.
Elisabeth is experienced in providing day-to-day employment law advice on disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and long-term sickness absences cases. She supports clients with the management of complex employee relations issues, as well as with strategic projects such as reorganisations and Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) (TUPE) transfers. Her contentious experience is also extensive, having managed the defence of a wide range of employment tribunal claims, including claims for discrimination, whistleblowing detriment, breach of contract and failure to collectively consult, as well as equal pay class actions.
Elisabeth is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, and she enjoys participating in the firm’s pro bono initiatives.
Defending a variety of complex and high value employment tribunal claims, including claims from vexatious, serial litigants, as well as advising on the strategic aspects of running a successful defence.
Supporting and advising clients in relation to redundancy exercises, changing terms and conditions of employment and contract disputes, as well as in relation to senior person exits and settlement negotiations.
Working cross-practice with the firm’s national property team on freehold and leasehold acquisitions, and changes to property management and service providers, providing legal and strategic advice in relation to the application of TUPE and drafting and negotiating the employment provisions contained in key transactional documents.
Drafting and updating contractual and policy documentation for multiple international clients, including cross-jurisdictional workplace policies.
Providing employment due diligence and corporate support in relation to a range of corporate mergers, acquisitions and listings, drafting employment ancillary documentation (including service agreements, settlement agreements and bonus/commission documentation) and advising on post-completion matters, including on intra-group reorganisations and changes to terms and conditions.
Designing and delivering bespoke training to HR professionals and senior management on a range of topics, including, most recently, sexual harassment and the Employment Rights Act 2025.
