Elise Crouzil is an associate in our Global Corporate Practice Group, based in the Paris office. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate law; advising companies and investment funds on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Elise acquired experience in the corporate departments of French and international law firms.
