Emma Maďarová’s practice focuses on international dispute resolution, including investor-state and commercial arbitration and proceedings before Czech courts.
Emma joined the firm as a fourth-year student from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno. During her studies, she participated in numerous international dispute resolution matters, including disputes before Czech courts and commercial arbitrations. Furthermore, Emma has assisted the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate teams in multiple transactions.
Before joining the firm, she worked at both Czech and international law firms, with a focus on corporate law and international disputes. She also completed an internship at a law firm in New York, where she advised primarily small companies. In addition, she gained experience at the European Court of Auditors in Luxembourg, where she worked on sanctions-related matters. For several years, she was also actively involved in national and international debating tournaments.
