About Evan

Evan Ernst is an associate in our global Corporate Practice Group, based in the Cleveland office, where he represents clients in a range of general corporate matters.

Before joining the firm, Evan gained experience across a variety of business sectors, including insurance, banking and asset management. He holds a Master of Business Administration and competed as a collegiate student-athlete, bringing a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset to his legal practice.

During law school, Evan gained practical experience through an externship with a large public company and through his work in the Entrepreneurial Business Law Clinic, where he assisted startups and nonprofit organizations with legal matters. He also served as an executive managing editor of the law journal and received a CALI Award for Excellence in Transactional Practice.
