About Francesca

Francesca Crisera Ruiz is a partner in our Global Corporate Practice, located in our San Francisco Office. She advises public and private companies on a broad range of transactional matters, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital-backed technology M&A transactions and joint ventures. Francesca also counsels clients on general corporate matters, and has extensive commercial and intellectual property experience, including advising clients in the areas of licensing and commercial contracts.
