About Ghezal

Ghezal Barghouty is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group in our Abu Dhabi office and has also worked for us in the US.

Her practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of real property, as well as the real estate components of corporate transactions.

While now supporting the Corporate and Financial Services Practices in the Middle East, Ghezal also acts on real estate matters for our US offices and clients.

Experience

  • Assisting a land banker in acquisitions and several forms of dispositions, including option agreements, bulk sales and buy backs with top-rated home builders across the US, dealing with international tenant-in-common investor interests.
  • Assisting on the real estate components of multiple acquisitions for a Fortune 500 distributor of roofing supplies.
  • Assisting direct investors and syndicators in the acquisition of low-income housing tax credits.
  • Supported the real estate team and completed real estate due diligence on matters for a convenience store retailer client’s 415 site US$1.5 billion sale-leaseback transaction.
