Gianluca focuses his practice primarily on all types of transactional work (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and reorganisations) in multiple sectors and industries, including automotive, transportation, engineering and technology, energy and sport.
In addition to transactional work, Gianluca regularly assists on corporate governance issues, commercial contracts and environmental and regulatory matters, including with reference to foreign direct investment regulation (FDI).
