About Isabelle

Isabelle Sadler is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice based in the London office. Her practice covers all aspects of corporate work, including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, group reorganisations and general corporate advice. She has advised a range of clients, from founders to management teams and private equity houses, across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology and healthcare sectors.

Isabelle has recently returned from secondment to a pharmaceutical services company.

Much of her spare time is dedicated to mentoring junior legal professionals and supporting their entry to the legal industry.

  • Advising the shareholders of Datapharm, a leading provider of regulatory driven medicines information and software solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, on its sale to CGE Partners.
  • Advising the shareholders of Prescient Healthcare Group on an investment by Bridgepoint.
  • Advising Prescient Healthcare Group on its acquisition of global healthcare market research and commercial strategy consultant Strategic North.
  • Advising the selling shareholders (including Great Hill Partners) of Reward Gateway on its announced sale to Castik Capital and Abry Partners.
  • Advising the shareholders of secure digital solutions consultancy, SiXworks, on their sale to IBM.
  • Advising Cavotec on the sale of its airport division to US-based industrial technology investor Fernweh Group.
  • Advising the shareholders of patient search and engagement business, Global Perspectives, on their sale to IQVIA.
  • Advising the management team of information services business, Law Business Research, on the investment by Levine Leichtman and ICG.
  • Advising Luceco PLC on its investment in – and subsequent acquisition of – Sync EV, supplier of EV charge points.
  • Advising the shareholders of EV battery data, analytic and telematic solutions company, Silver Power, on the sale to Gridserve.
