Jack Cofer is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, general corporate governance and commercial transactions.
Jack earned his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as executive notes editor for Georgia Law Review and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Document Drafting: Contracts. He brings valuable in-house experience from a leading manufacturer of vehicle parts and accessories, where he supported legal compliance and general corporate counsel functions.
