Associate
Joshua Vergules is a litigation associate whose work focuses on product liability and consumer warranty claims in the automotive industry.
Joshua’s legal background also includes counseling clients on corporate transactions, intellectual property, sports and entertainment, employment defense and civil litigation.
While in law school, Joshua interned at a public medical device company, where he supported transactional, regulatory compliance and intellectual property matters. He earned his Corporate Specialization Certificate with Honors from the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law and contributed to the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic. Joshua also served on the executive board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Joshua received his undergraduate degree in health sciences from Boston University before earning his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
