J.P. Pettit is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group, based in the Phoenix office.
J.P. has experience advising clients on a wide range of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions for both single-asset and multiportfolio transactions, ground leasing and development transactions.
She graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, where she served as a note and comment editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science and Technology of the ABA, as well as an oralist and brief writer of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court team.
