About Kate

Kate Maguire is an associate in the International Dispute Resolution Practice Group in our New York office. Kate focuses her practice on international arbitration and public international law, with particular emphasis on investor-state arbitration and the representation of states and state-owned entities.

Prior to joining the firm, Kate gained experience by competing as an oralist in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. She also served as a Crowley scholar in international human rights at the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice.

Kate holds an L.L.M. in European law and brings an understanding of private international commercial law to her practice.
