He specialises in a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, equity investments and other day-to-day corporate matters.
Kévin graduated from the University of Poitiers, with a master’s degree in business law.
Prior to joining the firm, Kévin performed internships in France and Vietnam.
