About Lisa

Lisa Toubas is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group of the Paris office. She specialises in real estate, construction and urban planning issues.

Lisa assists her clients in both advisory and litigation matters, supporting them at every stage of their real estate transactions: drafting and negotiating leases, advising on and litigating construction and urban planning issues and handling disputes before all French courts.

Lisa joined the firm in 2026 and previously worked at a leading business law firm in Paris for three years.

Alongside her work, she is studying real estate law at the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers in Paris, as part of the ICH master's programme.
