About Meagan

Meagan Rowley is an associate in the Public & Infrastructure Finance Group where she focuses on tax-exempt bond financings for multifamily housing developments. She primarily serves as bond counsel or underwriter’s counsel in affordable housing transactions.

Meagan attended Cleveland State College of Law, where she earned her J.D. with a certificate in health law. While in law school, Meagan served as a managing director of the Global Business Law Review and vice president of the Black Law Students Association. Meagan was also a member of Phi Alpha Delta and the Health Law Society. Meagan earned her B.S. in human nutrition with a minor in psychology from Case Western Reserve University in 2019.
