Minjung (Blair) Kim is a litigation associate who focuses on commercial and business matters, including product liability disputes and consumer warranty claims in the automotive industry.
Prior to joining the firm, Blair has represented clients in a broad range of high-stakes disputes, including commercial litigation, white collar matters, international business conflicts, professional liability claims, automotive claims and general liabilities. She has experience managing cases in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and other tribunals.
