She trained and qualified at a top 30 UK law firm. She has also worked for law firms in Oxfordshire and in-house at a large building society.
She has 10 years’ PQE in a wide range of corporate transactions matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and a variety of company law and corporate governance matters.
She has acted for large national and international clients, including property investment companies and the investment arms of overseas governments.
