Nancy Worth specializes in matters involving federal regulatory agencies.
Previously, she served as special counsel for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), where she specialized in federal consumer law and fair lending. Nancy counseled lawyers, policy experts and bank examiners. While focusing primarily on mortgages, credit cards and other lending products, Nancy has provided advice in connection with ongoing supervision, examination manuals and other guidance, applications, reports of examination, enforcement actions and consumer complaints.
Additionally, she has provided comments in connection with agency review of legislation and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) regulations. Prior to focusing on consumer law, Nancy worked on other bank regulatory matters at the OCC and earlier served as an international economist at a bank and bank trade association.
