Nathan Przednowek is an associate in our Corporate Practice Group based in our Brussels office. Nathan’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate and M&A transactions, with a particular focus on company law, mergers and acquisitions, financial law and insolvency law.
Nathan advises clients on all aspects of Belgian corporate law, as well as on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, company restructuring and other general corporate matters at both the international and domestic levels.
Nathan joined the firm in September 2023. He holds a master's degree in economic law obtained with great distinction from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2022, and an LL.M in international business law obtained with great distinction from the Tilburg University in 2023.
Nathan has been a member of the French-speaking Brussels Bar since 2023.
