About Nathan

Nathan Truitt is an experienced lawyer who focuses on commercial litigation, healthcare disputes and appellate advocacy. He has assisted clients in many complex legal matters, including business contract disputes, Medicaid reimbursement claims, banking and lending cases, foreclosures and receiverships, and original actions before the Ohio Supreme Court. He has also represented clients in traditional appeals before the federal courts of appeal and state-level appellate courts in Ohio and Kentucky.

Before joining the firm, Nathan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pierre H. Bergeron, Ohio First District Court of Appeals, and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Amul R. Thapar, US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Honorable Susan J. Dlott, US District Court, Southern District of Ohio, providing him with valuable insights into the court system that he leverages to achieve favorable results for his clients.
