Nicholas Sweeney is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group. He has experience defending clients in litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial contract disputes, putative class actions and mass arbitrations. Nick is a member of the firm’s globally ranked data disputes practice.
Nicholas earned his J.D., summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Nicholas was a notes editor on the University of Illinois Law Review and a member of the Illinois Moot Court Board. He also earned several CALI Awards.
