Nikita Gudgeon is an associate in the Financial Services Practice Group, based in our London office. Nikita has a broad spectrum of experience across national and multijurisdictional financing structures, advising on both sponsor/borrower and lender side, predominantly in the mid-cap market. His experience of work spans across different sectors which includes, among others, structured, project, aviation, acquisition and real estate finance. His areas of focus is acquisition finance, asset-based lending and corporate financings.
