About Nina

Nina Driver is a senior practice development lawyer in the equity capital markets practice and is based in the Birmingham office.

She is responsible for client training materials (including bespoke “teach-in” sessions) and publications, as well as providing day-to-day knowledge support to all equity capital markets lawyers in the UK offices.

Experience

  • Advising issuers and banks on initial public offerings (whether on AIM or the main market).
  • Advising issuers and banks on secondary offerings, including placings, cash box placings, open offers and rights issues.
  • Advising issuers on takeover defence strategy planning.
  • Advising bidders, targets and financial advisers on takeovers, whether by way of a scheme of arrangement or a contractual offer.
  • Advising issuers on public company M&A, including class 1 transactions.
  • Assisting issuers with their continuing obligations and corporate governance framework.
  • Assisting issuers with understanding and implementing their reporting obligations, including non-financial disclosures.
