  • Advised Ocorian (backed by Inflexion) on its acquisition of Bovill, a specialist regulatory consultancy.
  • Advised the shareholders of CyberOwl on the sale of the maritime cybersecurity analytics business to DNV AS.
  • Advised the shareholders of ShipServ on the sale of the maritime online procurement platform and marketplace to Marcura.
  • Acting as co-counsel with Paul Weiss, advising TPG Rise Climate on a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in A-Gas, the global leader in the supply and lifecycle management of refrigerant gases, from KKR.
  • Advised ECI Partners on its investment in Commify, Europe’s leading provider of business messaging solutions to local enterprises, in a deal valued at €300 million, from Hg.
  • Advised GB Group in connection with its cash box placing and separate PrimaryBid retail offer to raise gross proceeds of £305 million and the US$736 million (circa £547 million) acquisition of Acuant Intermediate Holding Corp.
  • Advised the shareholders of Ipsum Group on the sale to IK Partners.
  • Advised Cushon Group on its £144 million sale to NatWest Group.
  • Acted for ECI Partners and the management and other shareholders of Tusker (a provider of electric company cars and salary sacrifice car schemes) on the £300 million-plus sale to Lloyds Banking Group.
  • Acted for WM Morrison Supermarkets plc on the acquisition of Falfish.
