Patrick Burke is a partner in the Financial Services Practice Group and regularly advises banks, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors across a broad range of industries.
His experience includes syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, acquisition financing, senior and subordinated credit facilities, mezzanine credit facilities, asset based and structured finance facilities, loan workouts and restructuring, leasing and letter of credit transactions.
Prior to practicing law, Patrick spent eight years in the commercial banking industry, holding credit management and commercial lending positions with several financial institutions, which provides him with a unique perspective that clients find very valuable.
Patrick serves on the firm’s Hiring Committee and the firm’s Audit Letter Review Committee.
