About Philipp

Philipp Sarder is an associate in the San Francisco office and a member of the Litigation Practice Group, as well as the German Practice Group.

Educated in the US, France and Germany, he advises multinational corporations on matters involving general commercial litigation and product liability litigation in both federal and state courts, with a particular focus on the automotive industry.

Phillipp also has experience advising companies in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration matters, including post-M&A disputes.
