Ricardo Ballesteros Regueiro is a member of our Corporate Practice Group, based in our Madrid office, where his practice focuses on private equity and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
He has broad experience advising on due diligence processes, company and asset transactions, mergers and other corporate restructurings, as well as acting for both industrial investors and private equity funds on the buy- and sell-sides.
In addition, he regularly advises Spanish companies and international groups with operations in Spain on corporate and contractual matters.
Ricardo speaks English, French and Spanish.
