About Sam

Samuel Etkin Kramer is an associate in our Litigation Practice Group. Sam has significant litigation experience handling complex civil matters, including claims brought under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, insurance liability disputes, defamation actions, civil theft claims and corporate governance disputes.

Sam graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2023, where he was an articles and comments editor for the Inter-American Law Review. His note, “Are We Atoning for Our Past or Creating More Problems: How COVID-19 Legislative Relief Laws Are Shaping the Identities of Indigenous Populations in North America,” was published in the 54th edition of the law review. While in law school, Sam interned for the Honorable Judge Bloom, US District Court for the Southern District of Florida; at the US Attorneys’ Office; and with the University of Miami’s Children and Youth Law Clinic.
