Simran Basran is an associate in our Corporate Practice, based in Birmingham. Her practice group advises on a range of corporate matters, including UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate reorganisations and general corporate advice.
Prior to her training contract, Simran was a paralegal in the Restructuring & Insolvency team and has experience in general restructuring, distressed M&A and bankruptcy.
Simran is a member of the firm’s inclusion and diversity resource groups, the Grow Your Network committee and the Birmingham office’s charity and social committees. Outside the office, Simran is a mentor at GROW mentoring and volunteers at the Schools Consent Project.
