About Trae

Trae Graham is an associate in the Global Corporate Practice Group, where he represents public companies, privately-held companies and private equity firms on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securities matters, commercial contracts, general corporate governance and developing and executing complex strategic corporate reorganizations.

Trae graduated magna cum laude from Cleveland State University College of Law, where he was a managing editor of the Cleveland State Law Review, a member of the moot court team, and the recruitment chair for the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Trae received a B.S.B.A from the Max M. Fisher College of Business at the Ohio State University.

Mergers and Acquisitions

  • Advised a leading fintech company in its acquisition of certain assets from a global IT support company and a circuit board manufacturing company.

  • Advised Mpac Group Plc in its acquisition of Boston Conveyor & Automation, Inc., a company providing automation, robotics and conveyor systems for the food & beverage, life sciences and general industry.

  • Advised Enviri Corporation in its US$45 million carve out sale of Reed Minerals, LLC, a leading provider of abrasive blasting media and roofing granules across North America.

  • Advised Integral Partners LLC in its acquisition of Xalient Inc., a company providing digital identity consulting and advisory services.

  • Advised Bolidt Kunststoftopassing BV in its acquisition of Boteka Inc., a company that designs, manufactures and sells synthetic carpentry products for maritime and on-land use.

  • Advised a company providing digital solutions for powersports dealers in its sale to private equity.

  • Advised CIL North America LLC in connection with simultaneous transactions involving an asset sale, a sale of real property and a purchase of a joint venture interest.

  • Represented a reverse supply chain services provider in its acquisition of an auction services provider and its various related affiliates.

  • Advised Midwest Center for Joint Replacement, an orthopedic physician group, in connection with its sale to OrthoAlliance.

  • Advised a clinical research company in its sale to a global private investment firm.

  • At a prior firm, advised public companies, privately-held companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies and family offices in various buy- and sell-side transactions.

Capital Markets

  • Advised a publicly-traded energy company and its affiliates in multiple capital markets transactions totaling over $14 billion.
