Yasmina Taki is an associate in the Financial Services Practice, based in our Paris office.
Yasmina advises on acquisition leverage and infrastructure financing, acting for both financing providers (senior or subordinated) and sponsors and borrowers.
Prior to joining the firm, Yasmina worked in French and international law firms in infrastructure and project finance, as well as real estate finance.
