A Practice Group Leader Perspective on the Path to Progression

Catherine (Catie) Romanchek, partner and practice group leader (PGL) of our Public & Infrastructure Finance team in our Cleveland office, began her career with the firm in 2003. As well as her decorated career, Catie is a mom of three and a passionate advocate of the firm’s culture. Catie outlines why she thinks the firm is positioned well to support those looking to develop their careers with us.

“I was able to hit the ground running when I joined as an associate over two decades ago, with many opportunities to work on complex matters in the public and infrastructure finance industry. That invaluable exposure early in my career has enabled me to serve as the partner and PGL I am today, 22 years later. I still have the pleasure of working with many of the same clients that I began my career with, including the City of Cleveland, which really shows the strength of our reputation in this industry and our lasting client relationships.”

Future Focus
