9 June 2011
The National Motorcycle Museum, Coventry Rd, Bickenhill, Solihull, B92 0EJ
The abolition of the Default Retirement Age has moved age discrimination to the top of the agenda for many employers. Should you be removing all references to a retirement age or sticking with a specific retirement age if it can be shown to be justifiable? How will the abolition of the DRA impact upon employee benefits? What can employers be doing to protect themselves and still achieve their business objectives?
This seminar is being run by award-winning employee benefits consultancy, Bluefin, who will be addressing the benefits issues arising from the abolition of the DRA. Ramez Moussa, a Partner in the Squire Sanders Hammonds Labour & Employment team, will be highlighting the employment implications to be aware of.
This seminar is aimed principally at Pensions Managers, Pension Scheme Trustees, Finance Directors and HR Managers/Directors.
