    Squire Sanders is pleased to participate in the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation and Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, Trust & Estate Division, 2011 Joint Fall CLE Meeting.

    On Friday, October 21 at 3:55 p.m., partner Todd L. Cooper will speak on the panel “Tax Simplification and Tax Reform for Tax-Exempt Bonds,” which will focus on the Tax Exempt Financing Committee’s proposal for legislative reforms. Todd is co-chair of the Legislative Reform Subcommittee responsible for drafting the proposal, which the ABA will submit to Congress, along with a number of other tax simplification measures drafted by other committees of the ABA Section of Taxation.
