Squire Sanders will participate in Georgetown Law CLE's 8th Annual Advanced E-Discovery Institute "Making the Case: Developing Legally Defensible
E-Discovery Best Practices," taking place November 17-18. This conference for lawyers, judges, information technology and litigation support professionals will explore the latest technology and legal trends shaping the e-discovery landscape.

On Friday, November 18 at 1:45 p.m. Howard J. C. Nicols will speak on the panel "Defending the Use of Analytical Software in Civil Discovery." The panel will discuss the use of analytical software in place of traditional and more time-consuming human review with a focus on relevant case law, Rule 26(g) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule 502 of the Federal Rules of Evidence.
