    NYS GFOA Downstate Holiday Seminar

    Squire Sanders will participate in the New York State Government Finance Officers' Association (NYS GFOA) Downstate Holiday Seminar, taking place December 9.

    At 10:10 a.m., partner Kenneth W. Bond will present “Public-Private Partnerships (P3s) in Today’s Economy.” Ken will discuss how municipalities are utilizing P3s to grow their tax base, as well as some of the financing tools available and consequences to avoid when using P3s.

    The seminar will also include the session “The Real Property Tax Levy Cap – Latest Guidance” by the Office of the State Comptroller – Downstate Region Office.
