    Please join us for our annual CLE program on ethics, professionalism and substance abuse in Columbus on Tuesday, December 6. The program will address a variety of topics including:

    • Ethics: Clash of the Titans: Lawyer Duties of Confidentiality Versus Lawyer Duties of Disclosure
    • Professionalism: What Clients Expect of Outside Counsel
    • Substance Abuse

    An application is being submitted with the Ohio CLE Commission for 2.50 CLE hours including 1.0 hour in ethics, 1.0 hour in professionalism and .50 hours in substance abuse instruction.
