    Squire Sanders is pleased to participate in the International Air Transport Association's Legal Symposium 2013 on February 17-19 in Berlin, Germany.

    Squire Sanders partner Marshall S. Sinick will be a part of the panel for the session "Is Aviation Ripe for Global Antitrust Standards in the Review of Alliances, Codeshares and Joint Ventures?"

    This panel will discuss the consumer benefits of alliances, joint ventures and codeshares and explore potential avenues to facilitate harmonization of global policies on the review of such transactions. Issues the panel will address include:

    • Appropriate standard of review
    • Remedies
    • Quantifying efficiencies
