New York partner Larry Schiffer will provide an update on issues with facultative reinsurance contracts before the Lloyd’s Market Association Terrorism and Political Violence Panel on April 16, 2013. The presentation will provide an overview of provide an overview of the legal position created when a Facultative Certificate has been agreed in parallel with an MRC, with specific reference to entire agreement clauses and other clauses generally contained within Facultative Certificates which may contradict the terms and conditions underwriters have agreed in the MRC.
