    Squire Sanders is pleased to participate in CohnReznick's 12th Annual New Markets Tax Credit Summit, taking place May 7-8 in Miami Beach. This event will feature some of the industry's brightest talent discussing the latest strategies, emerging trends and expanding roles of the NMTC program.

    Squire Sanders partner Michael D. Saad will be part of the "Uncle Sam Led (the Nieces and Nephews are Following in Droves)" panel on May 7 at 1:30 p.m. More than half of the states in the union had, have or are proposing legislation to govern a state NMTC program. This panel will discuss the state legislative process, program administration and transaction structuring that is helping to drive community development beyond the federal program.
