Using Outside Counsel: Managing Risk – Andrew Pike will look at some of the issues to be aware of when using outside counsel; what to do if the firm fails, if a conflict arises or if you wish to change advisers, etc.
Every Cloud – Utilising IT services delivered via a cloud model is fast becoming the norm for many businesses. Paul Jinks will consider some of the key legal risks and issues associated with utilising cloud services and some of the practical measures which can be adopted to mitigate risk.
