Brand Protection in Japan – introduction of the Japanese trademark system, Patent Office review and determination systems, cancellation, import control system, exercise of rights and litigation.
Brand Protection in Greater China – overview of Chinese legal system, view from the field, trademark protection in China, well-known brand concepts, Customs protection, choice of enforcement routes.
