Squire Sanders is pleased to participate in the Association of Pension Lawyers' Pensions Litigation Committee Forum – Recent Cases on Limitation in the Pensions Context on Tuesday, June 10 at 6 p.m. in London.

Victoria Leigh, head of our Pensions Disputes team will speak on a panel of distinguished litigators. The panel will explore some of the key limitation issues in recent years and will consider in more detail two recent and topical cases on limitation in the pensions context – Brittax v Mercer and BT v Luck.

This forum coincides with the launch of APL’s Guide to Limitation in Pensions Matters, copies of which will be available at the forum. Although intended to be of use to non-litigators we believe that the Guide will also be a very useful source for litigators. Squire Sanders is a contributing author of the Guide.

The evening will conclude with drinks and nibbles.

There is exclusive registration for APL members, while regional members may be able to dial in. There is a £20 registration fee, which is payable at the door. For more information, visit the event site or contact Diane Sothcott.
