    Congressman Delaney will present the latest developments on his Partnership to Build America Act, which has the support of 31 House Republicans and 31 House Democrats, give his thoughts on the current state of play for the transportation reauthorization process, offer an "on the Hill" insight on the latest political thinking and support from both sides of the House for transportation and share his views on what the most likely outcomes could be and the implications for future P3 business. Congressman Delaney will also participate in a quickfire Q&A led by PWF editor Bill Reinhardt and Greg Daniels of Squire Patton Boggs.  Carolina Mederos of Squire Patton Boggs will also offer some thoughts on the current state of infrastructure development in the US, with a particular focus on WIFIA.
