    As background, despite stagnant Medicare spending growth rates, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Provider Reimbursement Review Board ( PRRB) have implemented “jurisdictional” hurdles intended to limit provider reimbursement appeals. As a result, providers must be aware of the requisite steps to preserve their reimbursement appeal rights. In this webinar, we will review both recent and current litigation affecting all Medicare Part A providers, as well as the different steps they can take to appeal their Medicare Part A provider reimbursement determinations.
