    Privacy and Security 101: Understanding the Technology & Key Laws and Regulations

    Monica Desai, partner in the Communications Practice Group, will be a panelist at the American Conference Institute's (ACI) Cyber Security and Data Privacy & Protection workshop at the InterContinental Hotel, Chicago. The panel, "Privacy & Security 101: Understanding the Technology & Key Laws & Regulations," will provide an overview of key privacy and data security laws, including data breach laws and regulatory requirements, data loss and breach prevention strategies and responses. The panelists will also examine key laws, regulators and enforcement bodies to consider when dealing with privacy concerns and data breaches.
