We are pleased to sponsor and participate in the Novogradac Affordable Housing Conference being held May 26-27 in San Francisco.

Of Counsel Orlando Cabrera will take part in two of the panels during the event.

The first, "The Washington Report," is taking place Thursday, May 26 at 9:40 a.m. The panel will discuss President Barack Obama’s budget proposal for fiscal year 2017 (FY 17), which includes some significant changes to reform and expands the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC).

The second panel, "Combining LIHTC and RAD Transactions – Staying Ahead of the Curve," will be Friday, May 27 at 9 a.m. HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program is a crucial part of public housing's future. The panel will talk about what has happened with developments already underway, the next step for those that are newly authorized and what the latest HUD guidance means for the future.
