As part of a special event occurring concurrently with the 2016 Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia, we are pleased to participate in a luncheon discussion presented by Amazon.com on Tuesday, July 26 at noon.

The event, featuring government, academic and industry perspectives, will focus on the challenges and innovation of the new Internet of Things (IoT) economy. As part of this discussion, partner and former Secretary of Transportation Rodney Slater will discuss the transportation policy outlook and what to expect from a new Clinton Administration. Amazon senior vice president of corporate affairs Jay Carney will introduce the panel, which will feature Secretary Slater along with Rep. Suzan DelBene (D-WA), co-chair of the Congressional Caucus on the Internet of Things; Jeffrey Campbell, vice president of government affairs, Cisco; and Michal Chui, partner at the McKinsey Global Institute. CQ Roll Call Chief Content Officer David Ellis will moderate.

The luncheon will begin at noon, with the panel discussion expected to get underway at approximately 12:50 p.m.
