    For nearly 50 years, WasteExpo 2017 has been the largest waste, recycling and organics conference in North America.

    Kendra Sherman will moderate the session "Odor and Landfills: Investigating, Responding To and Defending Against Odor Nuisance Complaints." Odors can be the bane of any facility. And once odor complaints begin, the public goodwill can quickly mobilize against the landfill. Next, the press is involved and regulators and perhaps even legislators. Ideally, facilities will try to get ahead of the concern. This panel will discuss what can be done to address these issues before the problems become insurmountable.
